Micro coaching is short, sharp, and focused on one thing (your CV, pitch, LinkedIn, etc). No warm-up. We dive straight in.
Bite-sized webinars are for when you want quick, practical insights without booking a session. They’re live or on-demand, under 60 minutes, and designed to help you course-correct fast.

Everything we build is based on context — yours. That means it’s not meant to be copied, reused, or handed off. If we see content being shared or repurposed without permission, access will be revoked. We take that seriously. If you’re not ready to own your journey, this isn’t for you.
Unfortunately, coaching packages are designed to be used within a specific time frame. Pausing or extending beyond the agreed timeline is not guaranteed and subject to approval on a case-by-case basis.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any 1-on-1 session. Missed sessions or no-shows are considered forfeited and non-refundable.
Coaching sessions and packages are non-transferable. They are personalized and designed based on your career goals and profile.
Level Up offers career coaching and training based on experience and best practices, but we do not offer legal, psychological, or financial advice. Please consult a licensed professional for those services.
No. Our programs are designed to equip you with proven tools, tricks, strategies, and confidence to drive your own job search — not to act as a job placement service. We don’t guarantee interviews or offers, because results depend on your effort, execution, market timing, and employer decisions.
