Refund Policy

Overview

At Level Up, we are committed to providing impactful and practical career development solutions. Due to the nature of our services, which include live coaching, webinars, and digital materials, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Products (Downloadables, Recordings, Templates)

All digital products are non-refundable once purchased or accessed, as they are considered delivered upon download or access.

2. Webinars and Online Events

  • Live event cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a credit towards a future session (subject to approval).
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
  • If you miss a live session, you will receive a recording if one is available, but refunds will not be issued.

3. 1-on-1 Career Coaching (Packages or Sessions)

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled and confirmed.
  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance may be forfeited.
  • If a coach must cancel, you will be offered an alternative slot or a credit toward a future session.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session or live webinar without notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or credit.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Proven technical failure preventing access to content (where a solution cannot be provided)

6. Proof of Purchase

To request a refund or credit (when applicable), you must provide proof of purchase and reach out to us at support@getsubstance.co
